1. Introduction & Acceptance

Each individual may hold only one account on bet10. If multiple accounts are created by the same person, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated bonuses will be forfeited. Different members of the same household may maintain separate accounts, provided appropriate proof is submitted.

Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. bet10 reserves the right to permanently close any account opened using false information.

Account Security

Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. You must not allow any third party to access your account. If you notice any unusual activity, contact bet10 support immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Rules

Deposits on bet10 can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is indicated on the platform. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Betting with credit cards or borrowed funds is strongly discouraged.

Withdrawal Rules

Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Your first withdrawal will only be handled after completing the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours.

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer may not be used more than once per person, household, address, or device.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Creating multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Attempting to exploit the bonus system for artificial gain (bonus abuse).
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to place bets.
• Using funds linked to money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the bet10 platform.
• Verifying an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents.

• Any financial losses resulting from betting are entirely the player's own responsibility.
